Digital Programs & Projects
Digital Production Services supports, builds, and provides ongoing stewardship for digital collections. We offer advice and cost estimates for digitization grants, project planning and implementation. We then assure long-term support for access as well as for digital preservation that will allow application of future technologies and tools to existing collections. All digitized items, collections, exhibits, and documentation for digital projects and programs are hosted within the University of Florida's Digital Collections (UFDC).
The largest and most utilized UFDC collections are:
- Digital Library of the Caribbean (dLOC)
- Florida Digital Newspaper Library
- Baldwin Library of Historical Children's Literature Digital Collection
- Institutional Repository
All collections are listed here.
To propose a new project see Project Planning Resources for Library Faculty and Staff.
